14 Days in LA

Luke, Sofia and Alicia break out the fancy footwork to live Cumbia at Club Bahia, one of LA's longest running traditional Latin nightclubs

David, Hayley and Alice do some babe-watching at Point Dume, a beautiful and secluded cove in Malibu.

At the movies with JT and Sofia: two thumbs up for the Cinefamily, a member-supported non-profit cinematheque housed in the landmark 1942 Silent Movie Theatre.

JT and Christina visit this east LA staple, a lively three story Mexican market home to specialty foods, traditional clothing shops and a restaurant with live mariachi.

Lili and Michael visited the stables at the top of Beachwood Canyon to take a guided tour on horseback and see some of the most beautiful vistas in all of LA.

Aylya and Luke explore Koreatown, one of LA's most authentic neighborhoods. The markets hold aisles of traditional Korean snacks and diverse delicacies, difficult to find anywhere else.

Brightly-clad dancers of all levels gather to sweat it out and let their freak flag fly every week in Silverlake with dance boss Ryan Heffington. Aylya and C. give it a go and get an A for effort!

Whether at a random hotel or at a public park, it doesn't get much better than being poolside in LA. Alicia and Frank take a nighttime dip at a pool in a friend's building.

Sean, Minnie and Terri peruse the Cypress Swap Meet, 30 minutes southeast of LA. Random finds for under a dollar and delicious churros are a few of the afternoon highlights.

LA is known for its amazing taco trucks - delicious, affordable and best of all, mobile! Alicia, Luke and Sofia enjoy a late night snack from Kike's (pronounced kee-kay) Taco Truck, parked near downtown LA.

avid, Lili and Alice make their way to a top secret look-out point in the Santa Monica Mountains. If you can find this super secret spot, you'll have a 360 degree view of Malibu, the San Fernando Valley, West LA and the Santa Monica Mountains.

C. and Lili spend the afternoon at the Venice boardwalk, meeting (and being) the freaks and geeks that make it unique
